All i ask for is a £350 returnable bond and rent is payable a month in front of £350 I must stress I do not want anybody with any pets, smokers are welcome but if you do smoke this must be done out of the house to respect the other housemates. My house is situated just a 10 minute walk from wakefield town centre new westgate train station and the bus station so anybody wanting to commute to leeds there is a 110 bus that runs every 20 mins or obviously the train station. I am just 5 mins walk from a sainsburys local there is also a huge morrisons and an asda 10 mins walk from the house there is a gym close by and a big swimming baths just in town. The house is shared with working professionals. Shared bathroom with a walkin shower. Comfortable shared living room & spacious kitchen with all appliances inc washing machine. parking available on the street. The ideal person to share would be a working professional in a full-time job very clean as i expect the house to be looked after, The bedroom I am offering is a standard double room with two wardrobes, there is also a tv point in the room but you will need your own tv and the only other things you need is your own pillows bedsheets and duvet. It is a sociable household, virgin media broadband 152mb and also sky tv full package in the living room is also included in your rent.
